The install wasn’t terrible, but it definitely wasn’t as smooth as they made it sound. They promised a quick, easy setup, and for the most part it was okay, but I still got stuck at one point and had no idea what went wrong. After restarting everything, it finally worked fine. Not a disaster, just annoying when they make it seem like it’ll be hassle-free and then it isn’t

I know it might work fine for other people, but in my case it made things worse. My FPS dropped hard after using it, and I didn’t change anything else, so I don’t really think it was my setup. For me, it just wasn’t worth it.

The site went down a couple times right when I needed it, which was frustrating lol. Support did get back to me, and they added some extra time afterward, so I’ll give them credit for that. The updates were just kind of vague, and I kept having to check Discord to see what was going on. Overall, not terrible, but not amazing either.

I did get my refund in the end, so I guess that part was fair enough. It just felt like they were kind of brushing me off the whole time, like my issue wasn’t really worth their attention. At least it was sorted without too much drama...

I gave it 2 stars because the main parts do work, so I don’t want to make it sound like it’s totally useless. But I kept feeling like something was missing, or maybe I just expected more than I should have. A few features I thought would be included either weren’t there or weren’t explained clearly enough for me.
Support was decent, I guess, but I didn’t really come away with much more clarity. For the price, I kept second-guessing whether I was being too picky, but it just didn’t feel as complete as I hoped. It might be fine for someone else, but I ended up disappointed

I had a problem logging in and reached out to support. They did end up fixing it, but it took about a day, so not exactly quick... Still, everything’s working now and they got it handled in the end.

I wanted to give it a try, but the download made me uneasy right away. My antivirus popped up with a warning, and some of the files looked sketchy to me, so I just deleted everything. I reached out to support, but they weren’t really helpful. Maybe the program works fine, but from a security standpoint I’d be REALLY careful.
